摘要
本研究从生态学的视野将辅导员的发展视为一个教育生态子系统,关注"辅导员"这个生态主体与影响其发展的"生态环境"间的相互作用和相互关系,并基于此尝试构建并分析了高校辅导员发展生态系统模型。研究认为,辅导员发展应包括个人性发展、社会性发展以及专业性发展三方面,并受到三个不同层次生态环境因子的整体影响。
In this study, the development of counselors will be considered as a subsystem in the education ecosystem, which focuses on the interactions and relationships between ecological subject (college counselors) and ecological environment. According to the theory of ecology, an ecosystem model about the college counselors is established. This study has also suggested that the development of counselors should contain three aspects-the personal development, social development and professional development, which were all affected by the three different levels of ecological environment factors.
