高校开展专业型志愿服务的探索与思考

大学生志愿服务已经成为中国青年志愿服务的主体。近年来高校开展专业型志愿服务逐渐增多,但是还没有成熟的运行机制。作者在多年指导志愿服务的过程中,对专业型志愿服务内容设计、对象选择、专业延伸、思想引导进行了积极的探索,并对专业型志愿服务的发展提出了自己的思考。

College students＇ volunteer service has become the main part of Chinese youth volunteer service, in recent years, colleges and universities have had increasingly professional type of volunteer service, but there＇s no mature emergency operation. In the process ofguiding volunteer service for many years, the author haspositively exploredsome aspects includingcontents designing, objects containing, professional extension, and ideological guidance. And the author alsoputs forward individual thinkingabout the development of professional volunteer service.
