溶菌酶替代抗生素的研究进展

溶菌酶是一种天然蛋白酶,它广泛存在于机体分泌物中,如眼泪、唾液和乳汁中。溶菌酶具有抗菌作用,它通过裂解肽聚糖中的糖苷键,以此使细菌细胞壁破裂,最终导致细胞死亡。本文就溶菌酶添加在饲料中可替代抗生素,作了简要综述。

Lysozyme is a naturally enzyme found in bodily secretions, such as tear, saliva and milk. It through cleaves the glycosidic linkage in the peptidoglycan to make the bacterial cell wall broken, which results the cell death. As is well-known that antibiotics has been used as a feed additive in livestock production for decades of years. Antibiotics, as a feed additive in- creases performance ,maintains the balance of bacterial in the intestinal tract and enhances the immunity of animals. In this way, it improves the growth performance to minimize production loss- es of the producers. However, subsequent studies showed that if antibiotics is added in the feed for a long time, it will reduce the drove performance and cause the drug resistance among certain microfloras. As a result, overseas and domestic markets have been requiring livestock producers to decrease or prohibit antibacterial agent form their diets. Therefore, it is a critical moment to study a new, high security and efficient additive.
