摘要
针对我国面临的洪涝灾害和水资源短缺问题,国家领导人及有关部门多次提出"建设海绵城市"的号召,海绵城市的理念在于用低影响开发技术解决城市雨水问题。从城市住区入手,通过对住区常用低影响开发单项技术进行对比,并分析其组合模式,优化探讨适宜于不同类型住区的最优集成技术方案,以期为海绵城市的建设提供理论支持,指导工程实践,实现海绵城市的建设,达到节水效益、环境效益、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的有机结合。
In view of the flood disaster and water shortage in China,the national leaders and the relevant departments have proposed the call of "Building the sponge city".Sponge city idea is to solve the urban rainwater problems with low-impact development technology.Comparison of commonly-usedunit low-impact development technology and analysis of combination patterns is to discuss integrated technology solutions which suitable for rainwater control and utilization inresidential area.By analyzing the results,the theoretical support is providedto guide engineering practice,and then realize water-saving benefit,environmental benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit of sponge city.
