An existing office building in Shanghai is introduced,as well as the energy-saving retrofitting schemes.The building envelop,HVAC system,lighting and indoor environment are evaluated.Also,the real energy data and economic benefit with or without energy-saving retrofitting are analyzed.The real effect of energy-saving reconstruction is evaluated.The evaluation can provide reference for energy-saving retrofitting project of existing buildings.
