摘要
钢板桩围堰在施工过程中的危险系数高,坍塌后往往会造成重大伤亡事故。以国道205线三明市区过境段工程荆东互通主线桥拉森Ⅳ型钢板桩为例,采用ANSYS软件建立钢板桩围堰模型,进行有限元仿真计算分析,并与实际监测数据比较。结果表明:该工程钢板桩围堰采用的模型和计算方法是合理的,抗弯强度满足要求,关键部位变形在容许范围之内,实际结构较为可靠。
The risk factor of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction is high, and the collapse often results in heavy casualties. The Larson IV type steel sheet pile of Jingdong interflow main bridge project in the San- ming Section of National Highway 205 taken for example, the ANSYS software is used to establish the mod- el of steel sheet pile cofferdam, and the finite element simulation is carded out, which is later compared with the actual monitoring data. The results show that the model and the calculation method are reasonable. The bending strength of the steel sheet pile cofferdam meets the requirements of the project, the deformation of critical parts are within the allowable range, and the actual structure is more reliable.
