网络舆情视域下大学生网络伦理道德失范与规范

College Student's Network Ethics Anomie and Specification Under The Network Public Opinion

网络舆情是通过互联网及其他信息传播媒介来实现网民言论发表、情绪表达和意见阐发的表现形式。大学生是网络舆情的重要参与者,由于自身和互联网的特征及整个社会对网络舆情监管和引导不到位等原因,在参与网络舆情的过程中不可避免的出现了网络伦理道德失范问题。如何在网络舆情视域下开展大学生网络伦理道德教育,克服网络伦理道德失范问题,是当前大学生思想政治教育的重要课题。

Network public opinion is through the interact and other media achieve speech, emotion and opinion expression. College students are the important participants in the network public opinion, because of the characteristics of themselves＇ , inter- net and the whole society＇s little supervision and guidance , moral and ethic problems inevitable appear. How to develop college students＇ moral and ethics education, overcame problems in moral and ethics is an important topic in the current ideological and political education.
