主体性视域下的高校辅导员主体素质的提升

摘要 高等学校的教育事业发展已进入了深化改革的阶段,现代高校不仅要培养适应社会发展需求的学生、发展自有的学科建设、研究专门的学问,更要有出类拔萃于各类专业的专家、学者。高校的教育改革也需要有以"教师为本"的发展理念,唯有教师主体感到神圣,才能成为高尚的教育人;唯有教师主体发自内心对自身价值的认同,才能激发教师的主体意识和潜能。本研究以辅导员队伍素质建设为研究对象,以尊重辅导员主体地位为基点,探讨辅导员队伍主体素质提升的可行机制。 The development of higher education has entered a stage of deepening reform. Apart from the tasks of cultivating students to meet the demands of social development, developing the construction of their own disciplines and studying specialized knowledge, universities are endowed with the responsibilities to build a group of outstanding experts and scholars in different fields. The reform of education in colleges and universities has to take the teacher-oriented concept into consideration. Only if teachers themselves recognize the importance of their profession can they obtain a noble personality of education; only if teachers themselves acknowledge their value from their heart can their subjective consciousness and potential be stimulated. This research focuses on the quality construction of the instructors, and explores the feasible mechanism to improve the quality of the instructors based on the esteem of the instructors' important status.
