Focus,Nature and Evolution of Vomiting in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases

梳理《伤寒论》中有关呕吐的相关条文,据呕吐病证特点,辨析其病位、病性与病势的证治规律。提出六经之呕吐各具特点;呕吐可用以判定病性之寒热、虚实;呕吐之轻重、有无可作为传变及预后的重要依据。临床呕吐辨证应灵活多变,审机定治。

This paper organizes the vomiting-relevant articles in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,and judges its focus,nature and evolution based on the vomiting features. It is argued that six-meridian vomiting owns its features,vomiting presentation can differentiate its cold and heat,deficiency and excess; severity and existence can judge its evolution,transmission and prognosis. Clinical treatment should flexibly concentrate on its individual condition.
