摘要
以永安高铁站房为例,应用Revit工具建立了项目建筑三维BIM模型。基于BIM模型大数据集成的优势,将模型输出并导入到Ecotect等绿色建筑分析工具中进行了建筑节能三维仿真研究。通过考虑太阳辐射和最佳朝向、风环境模拟、光环境模拟等对该建筑物的能耗进行了节能仿真分析,探索了被动式建筑节能设计优化方法,并提出了综合节能设计方案。
Taking Yongan high-speed rail station as an example,this paper built project of building 3D-BIM model using Revit tools.Based on the advantages of large data integration and association of BIM model,the BIM model has been put output and import to the Ecotect and other green building analysis tools for three-dimensional simulation of building energy efficiency.The energy consumption of the building was simulated and analyzed by considering the solar radiation and the best orientation,the wind environment simulation,the light environment simulation and so on.The passive building design optimization and comprehensive energy saving design alternative were explored based on the psychrometric chart analysis and thermal comfort analysis.
