摘要
指出了开发区是拉动国家和地方经济增长的重要增长极,集约用地是开发区存在和发展的基础,当前开发区仍然存在土地利用、产业布局和环境保护等问题。以鞍山高新技术产业开发区为例,采用定性分析与定量评价相结合的方法,分析了城市开发区土地集约利用潜力状况,为政府科学配置城市集约用地潜力利用时序、制定集约用地政策提供理论依据及技术支持。
Development zone is the important growth pole of national and local economic growth,and intensive land use is the foundation of existence and development of development zone.But many problems such as land use,industrial layout and environmental protectionstill exist.Taking Anshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone as an example,combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation method was adopted to grasp the city development zone land intensive utilization potential condition.This article aimed to provide theoretical basis and technical supportfor the government to scientific deploy time series of city intensive land use potential and make intensive use of land policy.
