摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源的、长度约为20-25个核苷酸非编码单链小RNA分子,在多种生理病理过程特别是肿瘤疾病中发挥着重要的作用。越来越多的证据表明,miR-199a在人类恶性肿瘤中异常表达。文章综述了miR-199a在肿瘤中作业及miR-199a-5p/3p成熟体调控机制。 MicroRNAs( miRNAs) are a class of short( 20 - 25 nucleotides in length) endogenous,single-stranded,non-coding RNAs,mainly involving in the post-transcriptional regulation,and they play an important role in many physiological and pathological process,especially in the tumor diseases. More and more evidences showed that miR-199 a expressed abnormally in human malignant tumors. In this paper,we mainly discuss research progress related miR-199 a tumor development,the role of diagnosis and treatment in precision medicine.
