摘要
葫芦二烯醇是从葫芦科多种植物中分离得到的葫芦烷型四环三萜化合物,药理活性研究表明葫芦二烯醇具有显著的抗炎、抗肿瘤作用,而且还是葫芦素类化合物生物合成的关键中间体。文章综述了葫芦二烯醇在植物中的分布、药理活性、生物合成途径、葫芦二烯醇合酶基因克隆与表达以及葫芦二烯醇分析、合成方法等研究工作,总结葫芦二烯醇研究现状并展望其开发利用前景。
Cucurbitadienol a cucurbitane-type tetracyclic triterpenoid,has been isolated from a variety of cucurbitaceae plants. The research of pharmacological activity showed that cucurbitadienol has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects. Furthermore,cucurbitadienol is a key intermediate for the biosynthesis of cucurbitacins. This paper reviews the distribution of cucurbitadienol in plants and its pharmacological activities,biosynthetic pathway,gene clone and expression,analysis methods,synthesis methods,etc. Summarizing the current research status and making a prospect in development and utilization of cucurbitadienol.
