摘要
以SK-70#石油沥青作为基质沥青,选用PR-Module作为改性剂制备高模量沥青混合料,通过马歇尔试验确定了PR-Module高模量沥青混合料施工工艺的试验参数。采用三轴重复荷载蠕变试验对PR-Module高模量沥青混合料的永久变形性能进行评价。结果表明:PR-Module高模量沥青混合料的制备工艺参数比普通沥青混合料在最佳干拌时间、最佳拌和温度、最佳湿拌时间、最佳击实温度分别延长或提高了约10s、25℃、20s、27℃;在高温湿热地区,PR.M高模量改性剂可明显提升沥青混合料的抗永久变形能力,考虑其经济性,推荐PR-Module剂量为0.5%。构建了基于荷载作用次数—温度—偏应力的PR-Module高模量沥青混合料的永久变形预估模型,相关系数之平方在0.90以上,为沥青路面永久变形预估提供支撑。
High modulus asphalt mixture was prepared by using PR-Module as the modified agent and SK-70# as the base asphalt. The experimental parameters of PR-Module high modulus asphalt mixture were determined by Marshall test. The permanent deformation performance of PR-Module high modulus asphalt mixture was evaluated by using three axis repeated load creep test. The results show that the process parameters of PR-Module high modulus asphalt mixture were compared with common asphalt mixture in the best dry mixing time,the best mixing temperature,the best wet mixing time,the best compaction temperature which are increased by10 s,25℃,20 s and27℃respectively. At high temperature and humid area,PR. M high modulus modifier can significantly improve the anti permanent deformation of asphalt mixture,considering its economic,the recommended dose of PR-Module is0. 5%. The permanent deformation prediction model of PR-Module high modulus asphalt mixture based on the load times,temperature and bias stress,the square of the correlation coefficient is above 0. 90,which can provide support for the permanent deformation of Asphalt Pavement.
