脱细胞真皮基质组织补片在鼓膜修补术中的应用

Application of acellular dermal matrix patch for the repair of eardrum

目的:探讨脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片在鼓膜修补术中的应用效果。方法:30例鼓膜穿孔患者随机分成对照组和研究者,每组15例。对照组用大小合适的颞肌筋膜修复鼓膜,研究组用脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片修复鼓膜,比较两种修复方法的疗效。结果:术后2周,两组患者均未发现排异反应,也没发现感染和裂隙等并发症。术后3个月,研究组患者早期听力提高明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月和6个月,研究组和对照组鼓膜愈合率均较高,差异无统计学意义。结论:脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片组织相容性好,鼓膜修复效果好。

Objective：To explore the effects of acellular dermal matrix patch in the eardrum repair.Method：30 patients with tympanic membrane perforation were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given temporalis muscle fascia graft.For the patients in the observation group,the tympanic membrane was repaired with acellular dermal matrix patch.Then the clinical efficacy of the two methods was investigated and compared between the two groups.Results：2 weeks after operation,no rejection,necrosis and infection occurred in both groups.3 months after operation,it was found that application of acellular dermal matrix patch was significantly superior to temporalis muscle fascia graft in the early phase of recovery（P〈0.05）.However,3 to 6 months after operation,there was no significant difference in the healing rate of tympanic membrane perforation between two groups.Conclusion：Acellular dermal matrix patch has good histocompatibility,and may achieve good prognosis for tympanic membrane perforation.
