磷酸奥司他韦辅助藿香正气丸治疗流行性感冒的疗效

Effects of adjunctive therapy of phosphate oseltamivir with Huoxiang Zhengqi pills on influenza

目的:探讨磷酸奥司他韦辅助藿香正气丸治疗流行性感冒的效果。方法:将114例流行性感冒患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组57例。对照组给予藿香正气丸治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上在给予磷酸奥司他韦,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗5 d后,对照组总有效率为78.95%,明显低于实验组96.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组发热缓解时间、症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应总发生率为10.53%,明显低于对照组52.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸奥司他韦辅助治疗流行性感冒有明显临床效果。

Objective：To explore the effects of phosphate oseltamivir on influenza as adjuvant treatment to Huoxiang Zhengqi pills.Methods：114 cases of influenza were randomly divided into two groups,57 cases in each group.The control group was given Huoxiang Zhengqi pills,and the experimental group added phosphate oseltamivir.Then the clinical efficacy were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results：After five days of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group（78.95%） was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（96.49%,P〈0.05）.Furthermore,the patients in the experimental group spent less time in fever and symptoms remission than the control group（P〈0.05）.The application of phosphate oseltamivir also reduced the incidence rates of adverse reactions to 10.53%,lower than that in control group（52.63%,P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The adjuvant treatment of phosphate oseltamivir may be more effective on influenza.
