中医传统疗法治疗闭合性胫腓骨干骨折疗效观察

Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for closed tibiofibula backbone fractures

目的:探讨中医传统疗法治疗闭合性胫腓骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:90例闭合性胫腓骨干骨折患者随机分为对照组和中药组。对照组采用常规方法治疗,中药组采用中医传统疗法治疗。分析两组患者疼痛程度、愈合时间及治疗效果。结果:中药组患者治疗后疼痛指数及骨折愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.05);中药组治疗总有效率(95.6%)明显高于对照组(77.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医传统疗法治疗闭合性胫腓骨干骨折疼痛轻,愈合速度快,临床疗效好。

Objective：To investigate clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for closed tibiofibula backbone fractures.Methods：90 cases of closed tibial backbone fractures patients were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group.Control group using conventional therapy,Chinese traditional medicine group using traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Pain degree,healing time and treatment effect of two groups were analyzed.Results：After treatment,the pain index and fracture healing time in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）,total effective rate（95.6%） was higher than that of control group（77.8%） with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of closed tibiofibula backbone fractures is less pain,faster healing and better clinical curative effect.
