摘要
表观遗传学修饰参与基因表达的调控过程,并且与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。多梳抑制复合体2(polycomb repressive complex 2,PRC2)主要通过三甲基化修饰组蛋白H3第27位赖氨酸(H3K27me3)来调控靶基因的转录。近年来,已有多项研究表明PRC2的甲基化酶亚基EZH2(果蝇zeste基因增强子的人类同源物2 enhancer of zeste homolog 2)发生过表达或突变后均可以诱发、促进肿瘤的发生和演变。笔者就EZH2在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
Epigenetic modification is involved in regulation of gene expression,and closely related to tumor development.Multi-bar inhibits complex 2(Polycomb repressive complex 2,PRC2) mainly through three methylation of histone H3 lysine 27th(H3K27me3) to control the transcription of target genes.In recent years,a number of studies have shown that the overexpression or mutation of methylase subunit of PRC2 EZH2(Drosophila gene enhancer of zeste homolog 2 human enhancer of zeste homolog 2) may induce,promote tumor development and evolution.We review the progress of EZH2 research in cance.
