摘要子宫内膜异位症(EMs)在不孕人群中发病率高,不同的治疗方案对EMs患者的生育力影响不同。近年来提倡手术中应用生育指数(EFI)评分评估患者生育力,根据EMs患者症状程度及EFI评分制定个体化治疗方案,可以有效提高临床妊娠率。 Endometriosis（EMS） incidence rate is high in an infertile population,different treatment has different effects on fertility of patients with endometriosis.In recent years,fertility index（EFI） score is advocated to evaluate fertility of surgical patients,individualized treatment plan is enacted in accordance to the EMS patients symptoms and EFI score and can effectively improve clinical pregnancy rate.
