摘要 氢气作为治疗性气体已经成为医学领域研究的热点之一,通过选择性抗氧化、抗炎症、抗凋亡等途径发挥器官保护作用。氢气作为一种新的高效抗氧化剂对脑卒中、脑缺血/再灌注损伤、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑创伤、神经退行性变、CO中毒性脑病等神经系统疾病具有保护作用。 Hydrogen as a therapeutic gas has become one of the hot spots in the field of medical research,which can exert organ-protective effects through anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,and anti-apoptosis.As novel and effective anti-oxidant,hydrogen plays a significant role in protecting the nervous system from diseases such as stroke,brain ischemia-reperfusion,neonatal hypoxia/ischemia,subarachnoid hemorrhage and degenerative change,brain damage by injury or by carbon monoxide poisoning toxicity and so on.
