6651例0岁~16岁儿童维生素D营养状况调查分析 被引量:28

Investigation and analysis of vitamin D nutritional status in 6651 children at 0-16 years old

摘要 目的了解0岁~16岁儿童维生素D营养状况及其与年龄、性别、季节的关系,为本地区儿童合理补充维生素D提供科学依据。方法对2012年4月-2014年11月来温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院保健科体检的0岁~16岁6 651例儿童,采用电化学发光法进行血清25-羟维生素D水平检测。结果 6 651例儿童25-羟维生素D水平为(29.63±12.83)ng/ml,其中25-羟维生素D严重缺乏组92例(1.38%),缺乏组1 498例(22.52%),不足组2 434例(36.60%),充足组2 627例(39.50%)。0~岁组和1~岁组儿童血清25-羟维生素D水平明显高于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),3岁后儿童血清25-羟维生素D水平明显下降,各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。不同性别间血清25-羟维生素D水平差异无统计学意义(t=1.373,P〉0.05)。不同季节儿童血清25-羟维生素D水平秋季最高,夏季最低。结论 0岁~16岁儿童25-羟维生素D水平低下,应增加该地区儿童的维生素D摄入量,尤需加强6岁以上儿童维生素D的补充及夏季儿童的户外活动。 Objective To learn the nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 0- 16 years old,and to investigate its correlation with age,gender and season,so as to provide reasonable scientific basis for vitamin D supplement in this region. Methods Electrochemical luminescence method was used to detect serum levels of 25- hydroxy vitamin D[25-( OH) D] in 6 651 children aged 0- 16 years old who received physical examination in child health care department of the hospital. Results Among 6 651 children,the serum level of 25-( OH) D was( 29. 63 ± 12. 83) ng / ml,in which 92 cases( 1. 38%) 25-( OH) D were found severely deficient; 1 498 cases( 22. 52%) were deficient; 2 434 cases( 36. 60%) were inadequate; 2 627 cases( 39. 50%) were sufficient. The serum 25-( OH) D levels in aged 0- 1 and aged 1- groups were much higher than that in the other age groups,with the difference statistically significant( P 〈0. 05); and the serum 25-( OH) D levels decreased in children with over 3 years old,with the differences among the age groups statistically significant( P 〈0. 01). There was no statistical significance on the difference between male and female( t = 1. 373,P 〈0. 05). And the serum 25-( OH) D level reached the highest in autumn and the lowest in summer. Conclusion The levels of serum 25-( OH) D is alarmingly low in children aged 0- 16 years old in Wenzhou area. Supplementation of vitamin D and outdoor activities in summer should be conducted,especially in children over 6 years old.
