摘要
目的了解佳木斯市布病疫情动态、流行规律,为预测布病流行趋势、制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法用虎红平板凝集实验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)进行血清学检测。结果 2012—2014年共检测疑似布病患者1 173人,阳性数为607人,总阳性率为51.75%,不同年份阳性率之间经过χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P=0.17)。佳木斯市全年均有发病,主要集中在4—8月,高峰在6月。性别分布,男:女=2.81:1,阳性患者年龄主要分布在30-60岁之间,50-59岁年龄组阳性率最高,为60.63%,职业分布以农村牛、羊养殖户为主,共426人,占发病总数的70.18%。结论2012—2014年佳木斯市布病疫情平稳,多发季节为4—8月,以男性牛羊养殖户为主,应加强此季节重点人群的防治。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of human brucellosis and its epidemiology regularity,so as toprovide the evidence for predicting its epidemic trend and making further prevention and control measures. Methods TheRose Bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT)and standard tube agglutination test(SAT)were used to carry out the serologicaldetections of human brucellosis. Results A total of 1 173 suspected brucellosis cases were detected from 2012 to 2014,thetotal positive rate was 51.75%,and there was no significant difference among the three years in the positive rate(P=0.17).Brucellosis occurred all the year round and mainly concentrated from April to August,and the highest incidence was in June.The ratio of male:female was 2.81:1. The positive cases were mainly distributed in 30-60 years age groups and the positive ratewas highest in the 50-59 years age group(60.63%). The occupation distribution was concentrated on the rural cattle and sheepfarmers(426,70.18%). Conclusion The brucellosis epidemic situation is steady,mainly concentrated from April to Augustand mainly distributed in male cattle and sheep farmers in Jiamusi City from 2012 to 2014. We should strengthen theprevention and treatment of the disease in the focus population and focus season.
