摘要
目的观察532nm激光治疗LASIK术前视网膜变性或裂孔的安全性和有效性。方法对2014年1月至2014年12月在我院行LASIK术前检查发现周边视网膜变性或者干性裂孔患者27例(35眼)行532nm激光视网膜光凝封闭变性带和干性裂孔治疗。一个月后行LASIK术。结果患者激光治疗前后最佳矫正视力比较t检验无统计学意义(P>0.05)。LASIK术后6个月随访中,所有患者均未出现视网膜脱离。结论 LASIK术前的视网膜光凝治疗周边部视网膜变性、裂孔对患者视力无影响,能有效降低发生视网膜脱离的危险,是安全、有效的。
Objetive Toobserve the safety and efficacy of treating retinal degeneration and holes with 532 nm laser before LASIK. Methods 27 cases(35 eyes) who were found with peripheral retinal degeneration or dry holes in LASIK preoperative examination from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were included in the research. All degeneration and dry holes were treated with 532 nm laser retinal photocoagulation. A month later all of them were performed with LASIK surgery. Results In 6 months follow-up, no retinal detachment occurred. There was no statistical significance(P 0.05) in terms of the best corrected vision by t-test before and after laser treatment. Conclusion Retinal photocoagulation treatment of peripheral retinal degeneration and holes before LASIK surgery is safe and effective to reduce the risk of retinal detachment.
