翼状胬肉伴结膜松弛症手术治疗

Surgical treatment of pterygium with conjunctival relaxation

目的探讨翼状胬肉伴结膜松弛症的手术治疗。方法对于26例(34眼)翼状胬肉伴严重结膜松弛症患者采取翼状胬肉切除+下方球结膜新月形切除+移植术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果术后1年,26例(34眼)患者翼状胬肉治愈25眼,好转8眼,复发1眼,总有效率97.1%;结膜松弛症患治愈21眼,好转8眼,无效5眼,总有效率85.3%。结论对翼状胬肉伴结膜松弛症患者采用翼状胬肉切除+下方球结膜新月形切除+移植术安全、有效,可达到"一举两得"的治疗效果。

Objetive To observe the effect of surgical treatment of pterygium with conjunctival relaxation.Methods 26 cases（34 eyes） of pterygium with conjunctival relaxation were performed pterygium excision combined with crescent-shaped bulbar conjunctiva and transplantation. The clinical effect was obsereved. Result One yera after operation, 25 eyes were cured, 8 eyes improved and 1 eye relapsed. The total effective rate was 97.1%; For conjunctival relaxation, 21 eyes were cured, 8 eyes improved and 5 eyes invalid. The total effective rate was 85.3%. Conclusion The treatment of patients with pterygium and conjunctival relaxation by pterygium excision combined with crescent-shaped bulbar conjunctiva and transplantation is safe and valid, which can get double benefit of treatment effect.
