摘要
目的 :解决低功率激光治疗仪波长单一,而不能满足临床治疗需要的现状。方法:利用650nm和830nm半导体激光管芯 ,组合成共光纤输出的激光器组件;采用半导体制冷系统及微机控制系统。结果:实现了双波长输出的半导体激光治疗机。结论:该双波长治疗机体积小,操作简单,激光输出稳定可靠。
Objective:To solve the problem of low power laser instument with single wavelengh incapability of clinical treatment Methods:650 nm and 830 nm semiconductor laser module were used to compose laser groupware with joint fibre. Results: The laser therapy instrument with double wavelengh was completed.Conlusion:It can be used in clinic with small volume?easy operation and high stability of laser output.
