摘要
颈动脉体瘤是副神经节瘤的一个类型，大多为良性肿瘤，临床发病率低，病因不明。其治疗以手术为主，但由于其解剖位置特殊，手术风险较大，且术后并发症严重，临床上治疗较困难。本文对颈动脉体瘤的病因、临床表现、辅助检查手段、治疗方法、术后并发症及预防做一综述。
Carotid body tumor is a type of paraganglioma, most of it is benign tumors. Surgical resection is the first optional treatment for Carotid body tumor. Because of the high risk and serious complications, The clinical treatment is difficult. This article summarizes the studies on Carotid body tumor and makes an overview of it.
