摘要
针对基于某型柴油机改造的天然气发动机进行了性能仿真计算研究。通过建立天然气发动机仿真模型,对其结构参数进行了优化计算,并进行了增压器匹配计算。仿真计算得到了优化后的天然气发动机的性能参数,验证了该型柴油机改造为天然气发动机的可行性,并为基于柴油机改造的天然气发动机的性能提升与试验提供了理论依据。
The performance of the natural gas engine which was reformed from the diesel engine was studied through simulation. The structure parameters of natural gas engine were optimized by simulation model. The turbocharger matching was also studied. The optimized performance data of the natural gas engine were achieved. The feasibility of transformation was verified and the theoretical guidance for performance improvement and test was also provided.
