摘要 针对船用主机向高爆发压力、长冲程、低转速方向发展,随之而来的主机台架试验振动过大的问题,以MAN 6G70ME-C型主机为例,对其振动情况进行测量和研究,并提出了一个简单且经济的避振方法。该方法在实际应用中效果良好,保证了主机的安全运行。 Along with the marine main engine development trend of high explosion pressure, long stroke and low speed, there came the problem of excessive vibration in main engine bench test. Taking MAN 6GTOME-C as an example, certain vibration performance was measured and studied, and an easy and economical vibration avoiding method was introduced. This method was proven to be effective, which en- sured the safe operation of the main engine.
