摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)具有较多特异性表现,中医病证诊断尚缺乏规范。代谢组学、脂质组学等组学技术在中医病证研究中正成为热点,国内外运用组学技术进行PCOS研究的报道也较多,但尚未有结合中医"证"的研究,且中医发病机制尚不明确。卵巢本身的IR及代谢异常可能是卵巢功能异常的主要因素,以卵巢局部病理变化为着眼点的组学研究势在必行。运用组学技术对PCOS中医"证"进行研究,可发现一系列生理病理变化中代谢物的特异性变化和潜在生物标记物,可以提高PCOS"证"的诊断准确性,阐明中医发病机制,确定疗效评价的客观指标。
Polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) has more specific performance. The criteria of diagnosis of Traditonal Chinese Medicine for PCOS is disordered. The research of the metabolomic,lipidomics technology in TCM syndrome has become a hot spot. At home and abroad the report of PCOS research about omics technolog were also more.But there has not been study of "Zheng"in TCM for PCOS. The pathogenesis of TCM for PCOS is unclear now. Ovary IR and metabolic abnormalities may be a major factor in ovarian dysfunction,and so it is imperative to study ovarian local pathological changes as the breakthrough point. Using omics technolog to study of PCOS "Zheng"in TCM can be found in a series of specific changes in physiological and pathological changes in metabolites and potential biomarkers that can improve the diagnostic accuracy of PCOS "Zheng",clarify the pathogenesis of TCM and determined evaluation of objective indicators.
