从六经之厥阴探讨胃食管反流病辨治思路

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on jueyin disease of six meridians syndrome differentiation

胃食管反流病病机与厥阴病阴阳之气不相顺接、寒热虚实错杂的特点相契合,厥阴肝经、心包经病变是贯穿本病的病理基础。辨证分型:肝胃不和、胃气上逆型,肝热脾寒、寒热错杂型,肝郁痰凝、热扰胃逆型,肝胃血瘀、胃失和降型。从伤寒六经之厥阴辨治胃食管反流病,在厥阴肝经、心包经的基础上,临证辨治注重土木同调、寒温兼施、祛痰逐瘀等法的贯穿结合,以复厥阴风木之升降斡旋和封藏之本,助脾胃生化之健运,条阴阳之顺序交接,达到阴平阳秘,使气机顺畅,脾胃之气升降相宜。

The pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease is corresponding to jueyin disease which is characterized by the disorder of ascending and descending of yin-yang and jumbling of cold-heat. The jueyin liver syndrome and pericardial syndrome are the basic pathological characteristics. The disease is classified： the disharmony between stomach and spleen,adverse rising of stomach qi type; liver heat and spleen cold,cold-heat jumbled type; stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm syndrome type; blood stasis of liver and stomach,failure to descending of stomach qi type. From the jueyin liver syndrome and pericardial syndrome cut-in,combined with methods of regulating spleen and liver,applying both cold and warm. Jueyin help the spleen and stomach health,adjusting yin and yang,smoothing spleen and stomach qi.
