疏香灸治疗便秘型肠易激综合征中医临床规范化研究

Shuxiangjiu for treating constipation type with irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察疏香灸治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)、疏香灸治疗组(疏香灸组)及心身同治组。3组患者各为20例,其基本情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗疗程均为4周,观察对比3组的临床疗效。结果身心同治组治愈16例,显效2例,有效1例,无效1例;疏香灸组治愈14例,显效2例,有效1例,无效3例;常规治疗组治愈7例,显效3例,有效1例,无效9例。结论身心同治治疗法疏肝解郁通便,可显著改善便秘型肠易激综合征临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating constipation type irritable bowel syndrome with moxibustion for treating constipation. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group（ control group）,scanty sweet moxibustion therapy group（ scanty sweet moxibustion group） and psychosomatic Tongzhi group. The number of patients in the three groups was 20,and the basic situation of the three groups was no statistically difference（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The clinical effect of the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results psychosomatic Tongzhi group,16 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,effective in 1 case,1 case was ineffective; scanty sweet moxibustion group cured 14 cases,effective in 2 cases,1 case was effective,invalid 3 cases. In the conventional treatment group,7 cases were cured,3 cases markedly effective,1 cases effective,9 cases ineffective. Better than the other two groups of psychosomatic treatment group. Conclusion Conclusion and physicopsychic therapy through the Shugan solution Tongyu and principle can be significantly improving constipation type irritable bowel syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy.
