凤香洗液与甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效比较

Comparison of Feng Xiang lotions and metronidazole for treating trichomonas vaginitis

目的探讨中药制剂凤香洗液治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将122例滴虫性阴道炎患者分成治疗组(61例)和对照组(61例)。治疗组用凤香洗液治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑小剂量口服治疗。观察并比较2组患者经过治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率为98.4%,对照组总有效率为85.2%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凤香洗液治疗滴虫性阴道炎消带杀虫,止痒解毒,降低复发率,可用于不适合甲硝唑治疗患者的替代疗法。

Objective To explore the curative effect on the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis by the herbal preparations of Feng Xianglotion. Methods Checking the random number table,122 cases of trichomonas vaginitis patients are divided into treatment group（ 61 cases） and control group（ 61 cases）. The treatment group is treated by Feng Xiang lotions and the control group is treated with the low-dose oral metronidazole. After treatment,we observe and compare the clinical results of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 98. 4%.Total effective rate of the control group is 85. 2%. The total effective rate in the treatment group is obvious higher than the control group. The difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Feng Xiang lotion is curative effect on the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis and can reduce the relapse rate. The Feng Xiang lotions can be used in the patients that do not fit to treat with metronidazole.
