通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西药治疗变应性鼻炎

Tongqiao Biyan granule combined with Western medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的观察通窍鼻炎颗粒联合布地奈德鼻喷剂、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎（AR）的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月我院确诊的100例AR患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组;对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷剂1~2喷/次,2次/d喷鼻,盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg/次,1次/d口服,治疗组在对照组基础上口服通窍鼻炎颗粒2 g/次,3次/d,2组连续用药1个月;采用ELIAS法检测治疗前后Ig E及IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平,光镜下观察治疗前后鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数。结果：治疗后治疗组Ig E水平降低程度优于对照组,差异具有有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组IL-6、IL-8降低及IL-10升高程度优于对照组,差异具有有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组EOS计数明显低于对照组,差异具有有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通窍鼻炎颗粒联合布地奈德鼻喷剂、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗AR,能够显著改善血清Ig E、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平,降低鼻腔分泌物EOS计数,从而达到有效的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Tongqiao Biyan granule in combined with budesonide nasal spray and levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of allergic rhinitis（ AR）. Methods A total of 100 patients with AR who were admitted in our hospital from December,2014 to December,2015 were included in the study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given budesonide nasal spray,1-2 sprays / time,2 times / d,and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,5 mg / time,1 time / d. On this basis,the patients in the treatment group were given additional Tongqiao Biyan granules,2 g / time,3 times / d. A continuous 1 month treatment was regarded as one course. ELISA was used to detect the levels of Ig E,IL6,IL-8,and IL-10 before and after treatment. EOS count of the nasal secretions before and after treatment was observed under the light microscope. Results After treatment,the reduced degree of Ig E level in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the reduced degree of IL-6 and IL-8 levels,and the elevated degree of IL-10 level in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,EOS count in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan granule in combined with budesonide nasal spray and levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of AR can significantly improve the serum Ig E,IL6,IL-8,and IL-10 levels,and reduce EOS count of nasal secretions,thus reaching an effective therapeutic effect.
