正脊治疗颈痛性颞下颌关节功能紊乱症

Chiropractic in treatment of neck pain temporomandibular disorder

目的探讨正脊治疗颈痛性颞下颌关节紊乱症的疗效。方法确诊为颈痛性颞下颌关节紊乱症患者30例,给予颈椎正脊手法治疗。首先对病人的颈部周围肌肉、下颌关节附近进行松解按摩。采取手法触诊与X线片相结合的方法精准定位,判断病人的上颈椎错位的方向,角度,程度。再使用整脊手法矫正上颈椎错位。完成校正后,再配合一些颈部及颞下颌关节附近肌肉的放松手法,配合治疗。隔日1次,共治疗10次。应用Fricton指数定量评定表分别评定治疗前和治疗后的颞下颌关节功能状况。结果临床治愈18例(60.0%),显效5例(16.7%),好转4例(13.3%),无效3例(10.0%),总有效率为90%。结论正脊治疗使颈椎矫正手法的精准度得到提升,使颈痛性颞下颌关节紊乱症的疼痛症状、张口活动范围、关节弹响等均有明显改善,同时也减少了颈椎手法矫正的副损伤。

Methods 30 patients with diagnosis of the temporomandibular disorder,giving American Chiropractic is spinal manipulation treatment cervical vertebra. Using the chiropractic technique corrected upper cervical dislocation. After correction,coupled with some near the neck and the temporomandibular joint muscle relaxation technique,cooperate with the treatment. Once a day. A total of treatment 10 times. Fricton index were used to assess the quantitative assessment of temporomandibular joint function before and after treatment. Results： clinical cure 18 cases（ 60. 0%）,5 cases were markedly improved（ 16. 7%）,4 cases were improved（ 13. 3%）,3 had no effect（ 10. 0%）. The total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion： Are ridge therapy for accuracy of cervical vertebra corrective methods were promoted,Make the neck pain pain symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorders,mouth opening range,joint ring,etc are obviously improved. Also reduced the vice injury for the correction of cervical spine,to evade the medical risks.
