摘要 为了获得高性能的中压高容多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC),采用X7R特性钛酸钡基瓷粉、镍内电极浆料和铜端电极浆料为原材料制备样品,研究了内电极结构、内电极形状、留边量以及保护层厚度这些设计参数对样品电性能的影响。结果发现,通过优化上述设计参数,制得的样品容量高,高耐电压特性好。 In order to obtain mid-voltage high-capacitance multi-layer ceramic capacitors with excellent performance, X7 R characteristics ceramic powder based on barium titanate, nickel electrode paste and copper termination paste were adopted as raw material to prepare MLCC samples. The influence of design parameters such as structure of interal electrodes, shape of interal electrodes, margin and thickness of cover layers on electrical performance of samples was studied. The results show that by optimizing design parameters mentioned above, the samples have high capacitance and good voltage withstanding characteristics.
