摘要
根据开关电源散热的特点和要求,对绝缘导热有机硅材料在开关电源灌封中的应用进行了研究。针对实验中出现的问题,分析灌封失败的工艺原因,对灌封方法进行了规范和改进。参照航天常用灌封材料进行温升对比实验,证明了该材料具有良好的导热性能。
According to the characteristics and requirements of the switching power supply heat dissipation, the insulating heat conduction organic silicon materials in the application of switching power supply potting is studied. Aim at the problems arising from the experiment, analyze the failure reason of potting process in order to regulate and improve the potting method. With reference to the temperature rise experiments on common space potting material, proved that the material has good heat conduction performance.
