浅谈小儿消化性溃疡的临床特征及治疗方法

The Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Peptic Ulcer in Children

目的探讨小儿消化性溃疡的临床特征及治疗方法。方法对消化性溃疡患儿进行临床观察分析。结果本组34例消化性溃疡患儿经治疗后,呕吐腹痛等症状逐步缓解至消失,均痊愈出院,治疗有效率为100%。结论儿童的消化性溃疡症状没有成人发病症状典型,为避免误诊,需立即进行消化境内道检查,尽快确诊,使患儿病情得到有效治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of peptic ulcer in children. Methods Clinical observation and analysis of children with peptic ulcer. Results In this group,34 cases of peptic ulcer patients after treatment,vomiting abdominal pain and other symptoms gradually ease to disappear,were cured and discharged,the treatment effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Children with symptoms of peptic ulcer is not typical of adult onset,in order to avoid misdiagnosis,it is necessary to immediately carry out the digestion of the territory of the examination,diagnosis as soon as possible,so that the patient’s condition has been effectively treated.
