摘要
目的分析慢性呼吸衰竭患者的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法选取2014年10月~2015年4月我院收治的22例慢性呼吸衰竭患者,对其诊断及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者经过诊断与治疗后,病情得到了好转,其中18例患者的病情在有所好转后出院,4例患者的病情趋于稳定。结论慢性呼吸衰竭的治疗关键是将衰竭的诱因去除,积极控制患者的感染,同时应加强慢性肺部疾病的防治,防止肺功能减弱及呼吸衰竭的发生。
Objective Analyze and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory failure in patients with the method. Methods 22 patients with chronic respiratory failure patients were analyzed retrospectively its diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from October 2014 to April 2015. Results All patients after diagnosis and treatment,the disease had been significantly improved,18 patients condition had improved after discharge,4 patients condition stabilized. Conclusion The key to the treatment of chronic respiratory failure is the failure to remove the incentive to actively control the infection of the patient,and should strengthen the prevention of chronic lung disease,decreased lung function and prevent respiratory failure.
