摘要
目的探讨完整结肠系膜切除术(CME)对结肠癌的治疗价值。方法将结肠癌患者分成两组,对照组采取传统根治术,观察组实施完整结肠系膜切除术。结果观察组Ⅲ期淋巴结清扫数量高于对照组(P<0.05);出观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间、排气时间、首次进食时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论完整结肠系膜切除术对结肠癌有较高治疗价值。
Objective To study the complete mesocolon resection（CME）on colon cancer therapeutic value. Methods Colon cancer patients into two groups,control group adopts the traditional radical prostatectomy,to implement complete mesocolon resection group. Results Ⅲ period lymph node cleaning the number of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）,observation group operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bed time,exhaust time,for the first time the meal time,the length of time significantly shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Complete mesocolon resection for the treatment of colon cancer have a higher value.
