探讨高血压患者眼底动脉硬化与颈动脉硬化的关系

Explore the Relationship Between High Blood Pressure in Patients With Carotid Atherosclerosis in Retinal Arteriosclerosis

目的探讨高血压患者眼底动脉硬化与颈动脉硬化的关联性。方法对比80例高血压患者与100例健康体检者眼底动脉、颈动脉差异。评价眼底动脉硬化与颈动脉硬化的关系。结果眼底动脉硬化分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组左、右颈总动脉对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同眼底动脉硬化分级患者颈动脉硬化积分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼底动脉硬化、颈动脉硬化与高血压病有一定的关联性,其对高血压分期、分级有着重要的应用价值。

Objective Discussion fundus atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis relevance. Methods Compare 80 cases of hypertensive patients and 100 healthy volunteers retinal artery,carotid differences. Evaluation of fundus atherosclerosis and carotid atherosclerosis relationship. Results Fundus arteriosclerosis grade difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Two groups left,right common carotid artery contrast there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Different grading fundus arteriosclerosis in patients with carotid atherosclerosis integral contrast difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fundus arteriosclerosis,carotid atherosclerosis and hypertension have some relevance,their blood pressure stage and grade has important application value.
