维生素E与甲硝唑联合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果观察

Effect of Vitamin E Combined With Metronidazole in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Vaginitis

目的探讨维生素E与甲硝唑联合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取我院在2014年4月~2015年6月收治的57例老年性阴道炎患者,将其按照随机法分为两组,观察组33例,应用维生素E与甲硝唑联合治疗,对照组24例,应用替硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于老年性阴道炎患者,采用维生素E联合甲硝唑治疗的效果显著,复发率低。

Objective Effect of vitamin E combined with metronidazole in treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis is to be studied. Methods Chose 57 elderly patients with vaginitis who were treated in hospital from April 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into two groups at random. 33 patients in study group were given vitamin E combined with metronidazole treatment,while another 24 patients in control group were given tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets. Results Patients’ treatment efficacy and illness reoccurrence incidence in study group were much better than counterparts in control group.There was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vitamin E combined with metronidazole is quite effective in treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis with lower illness reoccurrence incidence.
