阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的应用分析

Azithromycin Application in Treatment of Children Patients With Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析阿奇霉素在治疗小儿呼吸道感染中的应用。方法研究2015年1~10月纳入小儿呼吸道感染56例,随机分两组。28例用药选择头孢拉定,进入对照组;28例用药选择阿奇霉素,进入观察组。对比两组。结果两组中观察组发热、咳嗽及肺啰音消失时间更短,治疗有效率更高,不良反应率更低（P〈0.05）,差异具统计学意义。结论小儿呼吸道感染治疗应用阿奇霉素,疗效佳。

Objective Azithromycin application in treatment of children patients with respiratory tract infection is to be studied. Methods Chose 56 children patients with respiratory tract infection who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,28 patients in control group were given cefradine medication treatment,while another 28 patients in study group were given azithromycin treatment,and then compared effects between two groups. Results Patients’ fever and cough abatement time and lung rales disappeared time in study group were shorter than counterparts in control group. And what’s more,treatment efficacy was much higher but side-effect incidence was lower in study group compared to those in control group. There was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionAzithromycin application is quite effective in treatment of children patients with respiratory tract infection.
