摘要
目的探讨地屈孕酮在反复早期流产患者中的应用效果。方法将79例反复早期流产随机分组,观察组(n=40)应用地屈孕酮治疗,对照组(n=39)采取黄体酮,对比2组临床疗效。结果观察组保胎成功率是92.5%,流产率是7.5%,症状缓解时间是(3.9±0.7)d;对照组保胎成功率是76.9%,流产率是23.1%,症状缓解时间是(4.7±1.2)d;两组各项指标对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮治疗反复早期流产患者的临床效果肯定,见效快。
Objective To investigate the effect of dydrogesterone application in patients with early recurrent abortion. Methods 79 cases of recurrent early miscarriage randomized to observation group（n=40）application dydrogesterone treatment,the control group（n=39）to take progesterone,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Observation group was 92.5% success rate of miscarriage,abortion rate is 7.5%,remission time was（3.9±0.7）d,the control group was 76.9% success rate of miscarriage,abortion rate was 23.1%,remission time was（4.7±1.2）d,comparison of the indicators 2 significantly different（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dydrogesterone treatment of early clinical results in patients with recurrent abortion sure.
