摘要
目的探讨依那西普在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的效果。方法随机将我院78例节腔强直性脊柱炎患者分为两组,对照组采取柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察组使用依那西普治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组症状改善评分、SAS、SDS评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of etanercept in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods We divided 78 patients into two groups,the control group used sulfasalazine treatment,observation group used etanercept treatment,comparing efficacy of two groups. Results After treatment,the symptoms improvement score,SAS,SDS score and other indicators of observation group were significantly better than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of etanercept in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis is ideal.
