摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法随机将78例慢性盆腔炎患者平均分为2组。观察组行桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗,对照组给予西医治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效理想。
Objective To observe the efficacy of guizhifuling pill in the modified treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods We divided 78 patients into two groups,observation group used modified treatment with guizhi fuling pills,and control group used western medicine treatment. Comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate,recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of guizhifuling pill is ideal,and worthy of clinical application.
