康复新液治疗口腔溃疡的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Kangfuxinye(Kangfu Spray)in Treatment of Oral Ulcer

目的分析康复新液治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 2015年1月~2015年11月纳入口腔溃疡共46例,将其抽签分组。23例选用西瓜霜喷雾剂,设对照组;其余23例选用康复新液,设实验组。组间比较。结果 2组中实验组疼痛评分下降,溃疡愈合时间更短,治疗有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康复新液对口腔溃疡治疗效果佳。

Objective Clinical effect of kangfuxinye（kangfu spray）in treatment of oral ulcer is to be studied. Methods Chose 46 patients with oral ulcer who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups by drawing lottery,23 patients in control group were given watermelon frost spray treatment,while another 23 patients in study group were given kangfuxinye（kangfu spray）treatment,and then compared patients’ treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ pain-assessment score in study group was reduced more dramatically than that in control group,besides,patients’ oral ulcer recovery time was shorter and treatment efficacy in higher in study group than counterparts in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxinye（kangfu spray）is quite effective in treatment of oral ulcer.
