稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined With Metoprolol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法将86例冠心病心律失常的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对于实验组患者采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,对于对照组患者采用美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果实验组患者治疗有效率(95.3%)高于对照组患者(65.1%),且两组患者在服药期间的不良反应较小。结论对于冠心病心律失常患者,采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔的治疗方式可以取得较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease. Methods 86 cases of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment for the patients in the experimental group,in the control group were treated with metoprolol in the treatment,compared two groups of patients. Results Effectiverate（95.3%）in the experimental group were significantly more than those in the control group（65.1%）,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were less than those of the control group. Conclusion For coronary heart disease arrhythmia by wenxin granule combined with metoprolol treatment can achieve good effect.
