中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Clinical Effects for the Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris by Traditional Integrated Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法按照入院顺序随机将94例CHD均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取西医治疗,实验组采取中西医结合治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果实验组心绞痛总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗后射血分数水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛效果更佳,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effects for the patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris by traditional integrated western medicine. Methods94 cases of patients with CHD were divided into control group and experiment group,the clinical effects were compared. Results Experimental angina,total effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）,the level of experimental group after treatment in patients with left entricular ejection fraction was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has good clinical for the patients with precordial pain with chest discomfort by traditional integrated western medicine,it has high values of clinical application.
