摘要
目的探讨腹泻粪便中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌检验的价值。方法对362例腹泻的患者利用培养法、RT-PCR对小肠结肠炎的耶尔森菌予以检验,对比检出率。结果 RT-PCR在小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌检验中的检出率高于培养法(P<0.05)。结论腹泻粪便中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌采取RT-PCR检验效果明显。
Objective To study the the value of coulson bacteria in diarrhea feces enterocolitis. Methods 362 cases of diarrhea patients using culture method and rtpcr to enterocolitis coulson bacteria inspection,contrast detection rate. Results RT-PCR in enterocolitis coulson bacteria detection rate was significantly higher than culture method of test（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diarrhea feces enterocolitis Yale sen bacteria take rt-pcr test effect is obvious.
