摘要
目的研究并探讨钼靶乳腺摄影联合核磁共振对小乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取120例疑似小乳腺癌患者作为此次研究的对象,所有患者均进行乳腺钼靶X线摄影,再进行核磁共振扫描,并将钼靶X线摄影、核磁共振的诊断结果与病理诊断结果进行对比,计算钼靶X线摄影、核磁共振以及钼靶X线摄影联合核磁共振的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果钼靶X线摄影联合核磁共振检测对小乳腺癌的诊断敏感性为98.13%,特异性为92.31%,准确性为97.50%,均高于钼靶X线摄影、核磁共振(P<0.05)。结论在小乳腺癌的临床诊断中,采用乳腺钼靶X线摄影联合核磁共振进行诊断的诊断准确性较高,可有效检出微小的乳腺癌化灶。
Objective To study and explore the clinical diagnostic value of molybdenum target mammography combined with magnetic resonance imaging of small breast cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected small breast cancer patients as the research object.All patients underwent mammography and MRI scans,and mammography and magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis results,calculation of sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of molybdenum target X-ray photography,nuclear magnetic resonance and X-ray mammography combined with nuclear magnetic resonance. Results Mammography combined with MRI detection sensitivity in the diagnosis of small breast cancer was 98.13%,the specificity was 92.31%,accuracy was 97.50%,was significantly higher than that of mammography,magnetic resonance imaging(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of small breast cancer with mammography combined with nuclear magnetic resonance diagnostic accuracy,can effectively detect small breast cancerous foci.
